Sreenivas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 24 years of Professional experience in the area of Audit, International Taxation, Regulatory Compliance under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 in the areas of Foreign Investments into India and Direct Investments outside India by Indian entities.
He has conducted compliance verification under exchange control regulations for various cross border merges and acquisitions. He brings with him his extensive experience in regulatory compliance to the company.
