P V S S Jayasimha

Jayasimha brings with him the experience of working with Investment banks and global corporate with respect to mergers and acquisitions, IPO, structured finance deals. At JPR Capital he specializes in SME Financing and issue management advisory.

His specialization includes valuation of complex financial instruments such as convertible instruments, cross-currency exotic options and other hedging instruments. His key areas of focus include advising on fair value assessment according to prevailing regulations in India and abroad. He also advises several funds on their valuation policy.

Jayasimha has also been speaker at several seminars in India and abroad. He also delivered lectures about valuation at seminars organized by Action Community
for Entrepreneurship in Singapore. He has also delivered lectures on valuation and FEMA issues organized by Economic Times, Achromic Point etc. In 2019, Jayasimha was invited by the Reserve Bank of India to present a paper titled, “Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions – Valuation Issues” in seminar organized by Reserve bank of India, Hyderabad.  

Mr Jayasimha is a Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser of Singapore (CVA). He acquired his Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) degree from Singapore Management University with Magna Cum Laude (Higher Distinction). He has been a part of the prestigious Dean’s List at the University for two consecutive years.
